The Office of Multicultural Student Success wants Rockets to join UToledo in the Toledo Pride Parade on Saturday, Aug. 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Toledo.
“For the past two Toledo Pride Parades, UToledo has had the largest group in the parade,” said Aleiah Jones, associate director of the Office of Multicultural Student Success. “We are so excited once again to have a large presence at the Toledo Pride parade, and hope that students, faculty, staff and alumni will join us for this annual event to celebrate the LGBTQA+ community.”
Registration is open through Friday, Aug. 11, via an online form.
LGBTQA+ Rockets can be supported year-round by purchasing a UToledo Pride shirt online. Proceeds will benefit OMSS & LGBTQA+ initiatives.
